By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the pkok11 platform (available at pkok11.club and any associated mobile or web application), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and pkok11 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkok11 platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

To open an account and use the pkok11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pkok11 operates a strict 18+ policy. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You are a natural person. Corporate, trust, or partnership accounts are not permitted on the pkok11 platform.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by pkok11 or any other recognised gambling operator.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You hold only one pkok11 account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances reviewed.

pkok11 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pkok11 account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated.

You must keep your password secure and must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkok11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] so that we can suspend access pending a security review.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") is required before the first withdrawal is processed. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)

pkok11 processes KYC submissions within two (2) business days. During the KYC review period, deposits may continue but withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is complete.

pkok11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Available methods may change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed on the Cashier page of your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction initiation.

• Deposits are credited to your pkok11 account balance in real time or within fifteen (15) minutes of confirmed payment, depending on the method used.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, unless otherwise approved by our payments team following identity verification.
• pkok11 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
• All deposits must originate from accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Eligible games are listed in the promotion details.

All casino games offered through pkok11 are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are set by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface. pkok11 does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over random number generation (RNG) results.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered by the platform for that specific market.
• pkok11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect or erroneous price caused by a technical fault or human error. Players will be notified and their stake refunded in full.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkok11 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with pkok11 staff.

All content on the pkok11 platform — including but not limited to the pkok11 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of pkok11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkok11 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pkok11 content without our express prior written consent.

pkok11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a pkok11 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkok11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

pkok11 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

pkok11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a chargeback on any deposit.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkok11 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
